Mac & Cheese, lol. I always wonder how long it takes for a survey that wants people with no rejections to finish it. Especially the ones that are really terrible pay? How may people stay at 100%? I also always wonder about people who want surveys done by people have have done less than 100 hits and have under 90% approval or something.

 

For sure, but your approval rating is (mostly *) directly linked to the accuracy you provide.

* except for dick requesters who hand out unfair rejections based on irrelevant things.

With how many workers there are on mTurk, it probably doesn't take long unless they also have a minimum amount of approved HITs as a qual as well. Honestly, only new requesters who don't know what they're doing select that for a qual. It ironically usually results in worse quality results, because you basically are filtering out every worker who has been on the platform for any reasonable length of time. Most people make mistakes early on, so they're only getting brand new workers usually.

 

Hahaha, funny thing is I even got my rejections count wrong above, that's how little they matter. I said 198 or something and I really have 129. I need close to 20k rejections to put me under 99%

Do people alternate their thumbs when typing? I'm not even sure if I do it subconsciously.

 

I litterally just had a $0.40 survey about mindfulness apps where the second survey question sent me to a completion code. I almost submitted it until I read the hidden instructions and found out that I "failed" the screener. The timing was fucking great on that.

 

haha, did he go on the actual show? i saw the 8 out of 10 cats does countdown crossover episode with him because i love british panel shows, especially when he's a contestant, but it'd be even better if he went on countdown itself
