if you document everything, and he really is being harassed, they wont fire him. they'd fear a wrongful termination lawsuit

Well that escalated quickly. I enjoy competitive marksmanship too much to do something stupid to jeopardize it. Besides she has a son, I don't want him to have the consequences for her behavior. I would never hurt her. I would like to bring up the fact she has actually kicked me twice but they'll just ask why I didn't bring it up before. The answer being that it is always my fault somehow, I would literally get reprimanded for her kicking me.

There was a witness to at least one of the two but he'll want to stay out of it.
