The script just checks the dashboard page and if its >5k & 99% it marks "qualified" as true on your local PC then goes on about its day. TV, as a website & service, has no earthly clue if that is even correct or not and its never transmitted to the website itself. All it does is open up the form on the client side to be filled out.

 

I assume everything is somehow siphoning off at least some info. Telling me it's not means that it is.
