Pros:
The pay is pretty ok.

Cons:
Requires going through a workplace HR scenario in which you have to read emails of workplace issues and respond to them. After the "game" it gets a bit confusing, as it's not clear how you should go through the open-ended questions. Basically you have to click the question numbers on the top of the screen, you can't just click next.

You're given a code at the end of the game - make sure you keep it somewhere safe, not just in your clipboard but maybe in a notepad or something. You'll need to enter it twice, and you won't be approved if you lose it.

Part 3 is a survey which is just a bunch of bubbles about your experience and some open-ended questions about what can be improved and stuff.
