I was wondering if using medians rather than averages when there are more than a few reviews might fix the need to be quite so vigilant about this sort of thing. Don't know how hard it would be to implement, but seems like it would give a better idea of time when there are more than 4-5 hits reviewed.

there hasn't ACTUALLY been an instance of a reviewer purposefully causing or resulting in somebody thinking a req was bad when they were good.

Seriously though I do really like medians and I think they would be a great addition to the box that pops up with the low/high/avg time.

 

To be fair, if it's a problem then aren't reviewers that are much faster than average an issue as well?
