Honestly, I've never really been that big a fan of Fallout, but from what I understand is it has a lot of the same issues ESO has (in that ESO isn't really a TES game), but while also being on the same garbage engine as Skyrim.

There's a little story in trying to find the overseer and stuff. It's mostly meant to be a social game, which is a bit understandable. There are also a shitton of sidequests. Like a metric shitton.
