    good morning! have an internet question :) do any of you guys turk on a connection that is 15 mbps or less? what is the slowest connection that you can turk on without running into problems like panda's not picking things up or images loading slowly or whatever?

    Then I was taken to an Inquisit style task. Finished the task and put in my MTURK ID.
    Then taken to ANOTHER Inquisit task!

    @jessers @Tracy Wethington If I'm not mistaken, GoVeggie brand actually includes casein as a main ingredient in their slices (casein is a milk protein if you don't already know). If lactose is the only issue then that's probably no big deal, but it isn't actually completely dairy-free.

    I do not have much experience with pre-made dairy-free cheeses, so I don't really have any suggestions in that department. The ones I've heard good things about are just too expensive to try. I did like the plain Tofutti cream cheese, though, and it wasn't too pricey.

    In terms of milk, I'm glad your son is fine with the almond milk! I actually use this for just about all of my milk needs (in my tea/coffee, protein shakes, baking/cooking, in a glass if I'm feeling like it, etc.):

    Honestly, it is probably an acquired taste for most people, as it is made from peas (no soy or nuts). But I happen to really like it. And it has at least as much calcium and protein as actual milk, which almond milk does not (it's the healthiest non-dairy milk I know of). Just a little info, if you feel like giving it a try! They make it sweetened, unsweetened, and flavored I think. I buy unsweetened.
