    They actually do surveys pretty often! I got one 10 from a survey last night. Expecting another 10 any day now. I did the same survey last year this time. But, I'm a driver, so that may be why the send it yearly.

    I have a strong memory of being upset at the letter W because it didn't look like a "double-U" it looked like a "double-V". I'd be a sassy toddler all like, "W! Which should be double-V, but it's W"
