    Get him away from the door & walk him until he pees. Treats, excitement, pets. Then take him in. As for the cold, with that breed it isn't that. Bundle you up and get ready to spend a lot of time outside. I got my puppy during storm season, still had to take her out every hour. Shes only had 2 accidents and those were my fault for ignoring the signs she needed to go.
