If you want a desktop app turkernator exists but my honest advice is you learn how to turk properly before throwing money at something.

I totally think purchasing a tool to cover a knowledge deficiency is fine if you understand that's what you're doing & are gonna get value out of it, but just doing it to do it is throwing good money after bad.
