This is the most mindblowing thing that I see apartments do all the time. 3d generated models of the outdoor section of the apartment. You hired someone for this? How much did you pay? Would taking a picture of the real outside of the apartment complex have been a faster, easier, and cheaper option? I have so many questions.

3D modeling at that low of quality is pretty cheap. It most likely is nearly drag and drop even.
