You can change the 'active hours' so it reboots outside of that time...but that's assuming your a normal person that works on the computer, then goes to sleep.

I've found it's better to set the 'active hours' as times when you would be asleep (or not actively turking). That way, it will ask you if you want to reset while your working. You can tell it no, finish what you are doing, reset & update, then get back to work....if you're lucky.
