The "fun" thing about wv is that we only have. Grubhub and uber is just starting (oh and a local one that charges a 15% upcharge on food and 3.5 delivery 1st 3 miles and $1 every mile after..I paid $6 for delivery because they don't charge until after you place the un-cancelble order).

If that type of thing ever happens again, you can call/email to cancel the order and state you are going to be contesting the payment on your credit card. A company cannot change the value, not report the value of a charge, before submission in most states.
