Rice with a meat and a veggie. We have a fancy rice cooker and can steam veggies and make all sorts of rice.
Usually we get to spend the 50 a week on fresh things but sometimes it's a struggle of beans and rice for a week to restock on dry goods.

@ChrisTurk is there any way to disable some things that automatically play from embedding or do I just have to low quality content message more in order to stop seeing it?

 

Oh god, we eat in every single day on every meal. Our main drink is water/tea/coffee and the occasional energy drink now. We do a LOT of other cultures very poor street foods or very poor staples.
