MTurk's contact system is the only official/reliable way to get in touch with a req. What he's suggesting is to find them outside of MTurk in order to contact them but tbh there is no reason to do that unless they already haven't responded through MTurk (IMO, at least)

The fact that mTurk clamped down on our ability to interact with all parts of the mTurk ecosystem removes a lot of the credibility of their 'official methods' anyway.

You can't search Quals like you used to, HITs, Requesters.... it's all obfuscated.

There's a way to do it but it's too complex. Basically you have to pull up their information and manipulate the URL system. It used to be easier because you could search mTurk at lot easier. Now it re-directs you and removes as much information from you as possible, very rude and cold behavior on Amazon's part.

But basically, if you're not willing to open a .txt file and copy/paste tons of information real quick, the only way to contact them is through a completed HIT 'Contact Requester' form, or their Consent/Contact form in the survey/HIT itself.

So basically @ChrisTurk and crew are right. You are a little nothing and you shoudl shut up and do your HITs and if you have anythink to say, just shut up and bow your head, cause that's exactly how Worker changed the system.
