300+, wow, i can't even imagine *w* a lot of days i can't even find enough stuff to get that high. that's amazing! i'm gonna keep plugging away till I can get to that level, I'm still learning what kind of work is good/what I can get access to.

Having masters and closed quals helps but really most of it is just experience. I am pretty much constantly trying to think of ways to improve my workflow so that I'm working less on searching for work and more just doing shit that is worth doing.
