Do you have family that can stay with you tomorrow, keep you company while he's at the hospital?
I completely understand you missing him. I have trouble sleeping when my husband isn't home too.
If you don't already, keep some melatonin handy. It helps me sleep and is all natural, easy to pick up over the counter. Good for the occasional sleep difficulties. Listen to some soothing ASMR if that sort of thing doesn't bug you or maybe just some light music and avoid blue light. One more thing that might help, give yourself permission to drink a glass of wine, it might help relax you a tad before you go to bed.
