LOL!!! We have several that stop by on a semi-regular basis. One of them had the nerve to step inside my apartment because the door was ajar last summer for a little air. Should have seen the look on their faces when "Pete" came out from beside me in my chair ... There was a sudden "front to the rear disappear" ... I think I saw a streak of lightning and the smell of burning rubber going down the sidewalk ... Gotta love that 2nd Amendment thingie! hehehehe

 

Yeah. They just charge you with disorderly conduct instead.

Not if its on my property and you're on my property and you won't leave. I have that right.

 

Nah. If they go onto your property without permission or a legal reason then you can kill them legally.

 

Ugh, took a gurney to the shin yesterday rusting down a curb and totally just knocked it against my office chair trying to sit down. Is it time to go home yet?

WTF is with some of them thinking it's OK to just barge into your house? We had something similar happen one time when I said my child was sick and I didn't have the time to chat right now. Literally PUSHED her way into my house so she could "pray over" my child, wtf. My husband jumped up quick and made her leave.

 

My stepmom is 6 years older than me....I was a bit of an irritated teen to say the least. She did teach me to drive though after my dad made me cry, so that was pretty neat.

I'm still shaken up from all those people storming the farm last week.

In SoCal it's perfectly legal to use lethal force on anyone who enters your home without permission. That said, I'd just beat them with a rolling pin until the cops showed up.

And yes, I would be shouting "WHERE IS YOUR GOD NOW?!" the entire time.

Kill and brandish are two very different things. CD lets you use force and anything up to deadly force. Brandishing isn't force, but this I am unsure about.
