    i'd try that. i've had extremely questionable homebrews/wine/mead/unlabeled mystery beverages, the fact that that stuff made it on a shelf somewhere, somehow, at some point in time, means it might actually be not-death.

    The Peter Washington HIT was actually posted for $4 yesterday (and approved, review incoming), I caught the one today and it was the exact same questions so I returned. Wish they would screen out for retakes.

    Oh, as a single mom with two jobs, I'll always use some sort of convenience dough when making crappy food.

    However.

    I never thought of making a huge batch of dough and freezing.

    I have a second freezer just for this type of thing. I make huge batches of things all the time so I don't have to go the convenience route for things like breakfast burritos, last minute dinners, chicken nuggets, (well, I did just buy a bag of those to be honest as I'm out of my home made ones), and I freeze leftover sauces and broths when the recipe calls for less than is in the container or I make my own out of saved carcasses.

    I'mma have to experiment with the dough freezing thing. How long before the gluten goes meh?

    Yeah, it's not distilled, not really much in fermentation that can kill you (and the bad shit has obvious signs like mold...) so the worse thing that could happen is that it tastes horrible.
