I did my food shopping last night, just in case. All the bread and chicken broth was gone. Everything else still fully stocked. Lines sucked though.

And just in case of Snowpocalypse, I picked up 12 pounds of corned beef for Friday. Not taking any chances.

Also just convinced the kids that snow is like the tooth fairy and Santa Claus. It won't come if they're still awake.

 

How does that work when they see it actually snowing?

I remember one time in high school, the forecast was predicting the worst blizzard in years. All the schools around called off school the night before, and it ended up snowing maybe 1 inch.
