OMG this reminded me. If it doesn't rain this weekend I actually have to mow.

Has anyone successfully navigated an actual 2nd opinion from a different doctor? Presumably previous lab stuff would be useful to doc#2, but OTOH its a full on admission you think the first guy is an ash hole/useless and thus you yourself are probably a PITA no?

No joke. I switched doctors this past year after I had some GI issues. My first doc didnt take me serious and dragged his feet, giving me little to no support. So i went to another doc and straightup told him why I was switching. You dont need to tell your previous doc anything assuming you are in network since it will all come with you. New doctor staff will get all your medical records for you. Just tell them the doctor you were with previously.

It's ok to cheat on your doctor if hes not providing you the loving care that you need.
