    My kid makes ME feel bad about how I acted as a youth!

    He is far from perfect but da-ham he's all grow'd up and chit and way more mature than I ever was at his age. Or 10 years older than he is.

    I just found out Season 5 was where the story arc was originally supposed to end.

    They have certainly stretched out the original creator's vision!

    Which I'm fine with. (Currently on Season 7, after stopping for a long time in the middle of Season 5).

    I specifically don't curse around my younger cousins because their parents (and also aunts) don't really watch what they say around kids. Children are way more observant than some people give them credit for.

    It is entirely possible I've had a very similar conversation!
    I also try abbreviations. DBAD is a big one in our house. My kid is pretty awesome but he can be a dick at times. So DBAD is "Don't be a Dick!" but in a nicer way :)
