I totally ended a cat fight last night by just picking one up (it sits next to MA chair, where I do all my turking, hopefully butt free.)

Except they are. You think too lightly of children if you think that it isn't, Richard Adams wrote that book based off of stories he told his daughters. Not everything made for children is watered down and cutesy Barney tier inoffensiveness. Watership Down is in fact one of the books every child should read, imo.

This is something I've noticed with batches before, and this spam in academic papers one is no different...

Finder and mturk show almost 2000 HITs left, but there are none there when I click. Does that mean that I've hit my personal limit? Or is it that the counter is updating slower than the tasks are being completed? This happens too with my underpaid closed-qual batch, though. Of the total 800, it'll deplete down until it shows about 300 and then I can't do anymore.

 

Yeah, if it's my orange cat she'll have to "clean" it, the way she's "cleaning" my pajamas here. She was thrilled to see I finally had some fur.

 

That's the same material and color as my sleep pants....That fucking rocks that theirs a blanket made of that stuff!

 

Scraggles tried to resist my grooming this morning, he was attempting to crawl over my shoulder and away from me- I just kept picking him and putting him back down and he was MIND BLOWN. Poor little guy thinks he's the toughest cat of all time, but he's comically easy to hold down cause he's the size of a paper weight and has very few teeth.

 

Wondering how intelligent of a decision it is to ask people to submit content for upgraded API keys since I'd almost certainly have to deal w/ that kind of garbage.

This seems like an absolutely no-win situation I've talked myself into here.
