Doesn't that happen when tasks are throttled? Perhaps someone more knowledgeable will chime in.

 

Idk if this is specific to something, but your review earlier was a perfect example of how to not follow the rating guidelines 100% correctly. It was well reasoned, well explained, & frankly a perfectly valid position to take. Idk anyone who'd get annoyed at rating one of those Jury HITs down a notch given how tedious they are about the rejection threats/yadda yadda.

To the example I was using... there is a gap two miles wide between downgrading the pay sentiment and just ignorantly 1-bombing a requester who asks for a worker id for not providing a survey code & randomly claiming they'd reject for the piece of data they asked for when its simply not true haha.
