I just caught this HIT, and it states I already did a similar survey. Checked MTS, and I haven't, so I wrote the requester!

It it ok to get a few PREs on the MTS hit catcher? Say 5 for every 100 searches? I've read a bunch of opinions on the best settings, tried them all and no matter what I get PREs. I've adjusted the time rate, how many I have searching, how many I have on there at all (searching or not) and nothing helps. Could it be caused by slow internet speed? I can't get high speed cable internet on my road unless I pay 15k$ to have it installed lol So I have crappy ATT DSL that gets maybe 5mb.

 

Thanks @dan ! That's interesting, you think it's easier now? I don't think I've heard anyone say they got masters since I started 6 months ago.

What timeout do you currently use?

"Slow" doesn't matter as much as reliability of the timer/connection. 5% is fine if your timer is on a 900ms interval. 5% at a 10s interval is unacceptable, something is wrong lol.

I setttled on 900 because no matter what it was getting PREs so I just leave it on the faster rating lol Ok , yeah I am getting around 5% PREs on the 900 so I'll leave it there. Thank you very much!
