Fair enough. Before TV, I would have felt okay with a lot of the ratings. Seeing the hourly ticking down as I drag through painfully underpaid garbage really changed my standards (and distaste for surveys!!)

$4/hr overall (don't care about timers, it's time in front of computer total dedicated to turking that counts) is what I expect, perhaps a single survey, group of surveys (happens often), or batch to bring it up to $7/hr. Takes a good 90 minute batch of $20/hr to prop it up (try timing your commute for speeding and weep when you realize you saved yourself a grand total of 45 seconds for going 20-over the speed limit).

Happens though. If you sit here and work long enough, you can get a """"""""""""""closed qual"""""""" or better yet 3 out of 5 days a run of surveys/batches that make it worth.

Expecting hourly is for suckers.
