    you are in for a treat if that's the case. Cysts are certainly poppable, but are like the gross poppable and come with hardly any satisfaction.. You'll probs want to see a dermatologist.

    Also, I googled Pilonidal Cyst on a work computer. Yup. Thats a butt.
