    Pros:
    Got paid still when partner dropped out.
    Cons:
    Had to sit around waiting for partner to show up and then again waiting for partner to advance from instruction stage. If there was a bonus possible I missed out on that also.

    She will drink, but it has to be on her terms. You can buy her a drink and its its not exactly what she wants, she wont drink it, or will just say "i dont need to drink tonight." Shots are a no-go unless shes already lubed up from prior drinks.

    But there was a stint of time when I just wouldnt invite her out because if I did, she would just sit there on the couch or bar and be completely anti social, so bad so, that people would ask whats wrong or if shes mad. I wouldnt say its just games related either, but any drinking thing where I want to go out and get weird, she will come and have a few, but generally not enough to fully unlock the fun potential and usually just to the point of judgement on everyone else. I love her to death, but our interpretations of fun are extremely different.

    I envy you people that can drink and have a good time with that. I don't find it wrong I just can't do it due to some screwed up shit that happened in my family as a kid and I swore it off very young.

    Yep. Looking back I realize I was kind an ass because of the way I tried to pressure her so some of it falls on me and I'm betting I didn't make it easy for her. My wife now, however, will throw back bottles of wine like they are water. She's not a beer drinker but we end up drinking mixed drinks a lot. Or I drink my 20 pack and she drinks a few bottles of wine =p either or. The end result is the same.
