Argh. A HIT disappeared from my queue and I thought, huh, okay, must've expired or something. Now I see it in my submits with a ridiculously high hourly, so I must've submitted it by mistake. I know I didn't do the survey and it'll have a blank survey code. What's the best thing to say in a message to the requester? I'm happy to do the survey, just want to avoid the rejection if possible.
