    There's a reason "skiing" rhymes with "dying". I prefer not to engage in recreational activities that include ambulances waiting at the bottom of the hill.

    Yesterday, I came up on part of the trail I usually walk right over crumbling away and watched a chunk just fall into the nothingness. Then, I see this damn tree right in my trail (annoyingly, were a couple more broken trees around it and it's basically made that part of the trail unusable for the time being) AND THIS IS AS MUCH EXCITEMENT AS I CAN TAKE.

    I have TOO MUCH anxiety as it is, chugging along at 3mph, let alone if you have me just zooming towards my inevitable demise on those death feet sticks. I almost peed myself when I saw some of the ground just totally vanish. I cannot handle any more than that without having a total nervous breakdown.

    I like how it is not uncommon for there to be a bar on the mountain. Tremblant serves beer/wine at the top in a cafeteria-ish setup, and there is a pub type thing halfway down as well.
