Just for funsies, I'll explain that up until, I don't know, maybe 5 days ago, I didn't realize that TV was actually a script. I do Mturk on a seasonal basis, and I was under the impression that @ChrisTurk had gotten a little big for his britches and was trying to charge people money for something that was basically a new and improved TO. I know better now. Let me just reiterate, seasonal, usually when I come back for my three months of the year I spend so much time trying to learn how to Turk again that learning how to forum seems like a huge time sink, no insult to you folks. It's me who's lost.

But, now I know, and I'd like to say, thank you @ChrisTurk for all your hard work. What you've done really is amazing and I appreciate you a great deal.

Two questions for you sir. Can I pay for TV on a month to month basis? In all likelihood I'll be done with Turk by the end of March, at least until next January, so I'm not interested in subscribing for a full year. Also, sir, just as a matter of curiosity, how much of your subscriber's data are you actually privy to. Seems like a lot.

Pros:
Easy to complete, not a lot of writing that required deep thought (time wise that's a pro), visual, easy to understand. Someone could likely do this faster than I did.

Cons:
Waiting to be matched up to play the game. Felt like a waste of time. My last task of the day so I was at a relaxed pace but thought I could have been completed faster with less waiting.

Pros:
-The task itself was pretty easy and quick, explaining your reasoning takes more time than the actual task.
-Interesting and interactive.
-Nice, long timer.
-Great pay.

Cons:
-The given link will not work unless you remove one of the "/"s in the address.
-A good amount of writing in this one - many questions asking "why?" as a follow up.
-You have to fill out a page giving them personal information or made-up personal information to customize the task to you. This was pretty annoying.

I'm not sure what led you away from this conclusion to be totally honest? If there's some kind of problem there you may want to look back into it, idk if it'll suit your liking or not.

The whole process is automated, so from start to finish I am not actually involved (barring a major PP meltdown, which hasn't happened yet). If I go log into PayPal it'll display either your business name or account name if you happen to be one of the last handful of people to have interacted w/ my PP. AFAIK you can set that to whatever you'd like, but there is nothing I can do about that other than mosey along to the tabs I'm actually interested in.

I should never be sent your address, as that has been disabled on all the buttons I've generated, but I'm not intimately familiar with what exactly that masks/doesn't mask to PP.

PayPal (hopefully obviously?) never exposes any financial information (CC#, bank account, whatever) to me at all - ever.

TV itself stores nothing about you from PP. Not name, not email, nadda. The only data passed to TV is the subscription amount/item name and that is tied through your user_id which you can see just by hovering over your profile here (its the # at the end).

I'm not parading my name/addy around here, so as far as I'm concerned I don't need to know a darn thing about any of y'all lol.

Obviously folks have to choose to decide to believe that or not, but hopefully I've been fairly consistent with my lack of interest in most folk's personal info long before any PP arrangements were a thing.
