I agree with you

It’s just the rejections like the one I got yesterday from a requester saying I was a bot. I messaged back and said “I’m a 29 year old human male living in Houston, TX. Is there any way this rejection can be reversed?”. The requester didn’t reply back. I know a few other people who got the same rejection and reasoning. Now I have a 4900 hit cushion till I go back down to a 99% ratio, but rejections like this specific one still irritate me a little bit.

the sad thing is, i expect at least one rejection every survey-heavy day. not quality reasons, but ugh-requester reasons. (edit to clarify to avoid being taken out of context: i do put in 100% honest faith quality work no matter what and return obviously weird/scammy/rejecty things, i just know it's a "job hazard" and inevitable)

exactly. if it's a matter of principle thing, i understand putting your foot down (or up a chosen orifice... dealer's choice, really), but there are enough fucky mturk reasons, or oblivious/naive req reasons to just write it off and file it into the "oh well" column.
