    How hard is it to confirm there is even a human around? Takes like one second.

    Usually our office door is locked so they have no choice but to knock. He literally opened the door just enough to throw it inside then walked away. That is not ok.

    They kinda do. My cousin works for them and they do take complaints seriously he says. (He works in the warehouse, and word gets back if things are done incorrectly and people are spoken to, according to him. Maybe each warehouse is different?)
