I'm speaking with him now and it seems he thought that if he rejected the HIT, we would still get the $0.60 "showing up fee" somehow. He doesn't seem super familiar with the way mturk works and I believe he's trying to email amazon now to get the rejection reversed because he deleted the data somehow.
