Tough Tuesday was a good name for today. I just got off the phone with the ISP after losing my internet connection. It turns out they had scheduled us for deactivation today since we had returned our modem, and didn't have one anymore.. except that I was looking at the modem as she said this... ummmm.
A couple hour hassle, but resolved, and back online again.
