I am a single mom (by choice, I knew I would be when I had the son) but I was also older with an education and good jobs so that really helps.

(and if anyone is confused hearing me talk about my 26 year old daughter, I didn't birth her and she has another mom, I just claim her because she claims me. She bathed her filthy doggie in my tub last night and joked that she loves having many parents whose houses she can just use for whatever, lol...)
