Taking a combo of B6 and unisom is really good for morning sickness. It's like an OTC version of a prescription medicine called Diclegis. Also, if she's taking an prenatal vitamins, I found that taking anything with iron in it made me more ill. I could only take the iron-free gummy prenatal vitamins. Maybe also try Seabands, which uses acupuncture to help with nausea.
