    We got one of these towards the end of the pregnancy... get one it's worth it. Because she is already going to be...touchy in general so don't add lack of sleep to that.

    Oh, not a joke.

    If this is too big for her, I used a pregnancy wedge pillow. Similar to this:

    That stomach gets heavy, fast. Having two is not a bad idea so when she rolls over there is one on both sides. You're supposed to primarily sleep on your left side when PG, but that gets uncomfortable after a while. I ended up on the couch most nights so I could lean back against it.
