But also seriously: I'm sorry you're feeling so bad today and in general. This forum at 6am is probably not the best place to vent, unfortunately, if only because it is either work-focused or pretty light in tone. You might want to look into some of the chattier reddit forums--I know there are several focused on making friends and connections. There are also services like TalkSpace (never tried it, but some podcast hosts I respect a lot love it!) for speaking remotely to certified therapists; could be a good start to a longer-term plan to get out more and start feeling more positive and capable.
