    I can relate to this. I've gotten a bit better dealing with the anxiety issues as I've gotten older but my 20s was rough sometimes. I can usually tell when an anxiety attack is coming now so I can sorta...start working on stopping it early.

    I've always been a really rational person so I hate when my body/mind doesn't do what I want it to do. So then I get mad...and it gets worse lol.
