NO, that happened to me and then I figured out why. I had done a few or a bunch of qual hits by mistake. I think my qual hit was rejected because if it was wrong and was approved, it would have lowered my qual score. so I could have lost my 5's qual. I was relieved I got the rejection after I figured that out.

In any case, I totally don't expect you to be able to tell apart the real ones from the fake ones with very high accuracy. The AI does pretty well! just trying to ensure that workers aren't guessing

Also, the likely/unlikely endings are less important than the best/2nd best, if that helps.
