I restrict non-work activity until I meet my daily goal. For example, I wouldn't watch a television program or listen to audio prior to reaching daily.

 

I listen to music while I turk to keep me going. Keeps me upbeat and energized.

 

I listen to podcasts for the most part

 

Trashy reality TV because I can't sit in a room with silence and it's the only thing I can kind of just blank out.

 

I watch movies when I'm not working on a HIT.
On that note, y'day was a DVD day! So many releases: Bohemian Rhapsody, Ralph Breaks The Internet, Creed 2, The Favourite, Shoplifters and some others that I can't recall.
