    The system has checks and balances for dealing with people who report times consistently too far off where the average person reports as well. If everybody says a survey takes 20 minutes and you submit a review for 2, some alarm bells start ringing. It used to automatically ban if your trend is too high or low, but I'm not sure if CT has that turned off right now.
