02/13 - Waggin' Tail Wednesday!

Now that the kids braces are paid, I'm paying down some other credit card debt. I NEVER carried a balance until a couple of years ago when like many, many thousands of expenses hit us all at once and I decided 0 interest credit cards were better than taking it out of savings.

Working to pay it all off before I have to transfer it and pay a small balance transfer fee. Or get it low enough I'll just take the rest out of savings.

I should add I put around 10% of my after tax earnings into one savings or another each month. I refuse to stop doing that to pay off the CC, lol.

After my CC, then it's my student loan I'm attacking next. Turking, even at my tiny numbers, is making this all possible without too much stress.

I love 0% cards. I take a new one out every year for "just in case" expenses. Pay them over time like you would a loan and spend as you normally would on your primary cards. The balance transfer fees pay for themselves if you can justify the 5% fee assuming you wouldnt want to pay it off in full when the promotion ends.

TBH, they're still frustrating and too subjective. There are errors in even the opening part of the caption, like whoever wrote it doesn't have a good command of the English language. And then, you get ones that all the answers seem likely. Then what?

I mean, maybe this isn't the right work for me because I hate being told I'm wrong when the work is so highly subjective. And to hear people lose their quals because they didn't give the right subjective answer? No. And to be told that I need to "slow down" because I didn't pick the answer you expected? That's just insulting. I already go slow enough that they are poorly paid for me.

I was super excited to get this qual because I've heard so many good things, but these are not the great batch I was looking for.
