I accepted this and returned this no less than three times because it looked like too much work. I finally decided to risk it.. and it was less than 5 minutes, even with writing and reading. Don't be like me. Just do it.

The writing is purely situational/hypothetical. Don't be put off by the vague instructions. The purpose of the survey gets clearer after you get to the bubbles, and there aren't that many of them.
