02/15 - Feels Like Friday!

Birdie vows to get another bagillion steps done before bed AND she's gonna do that fire hit, too!

Birdie gets about 1/3 of the way thru her steps (if she's lucky).

Birdie sits down for 4 minutes and it's officially over, she's never getting back up again tonight. She maybe does that hit. She maybe just sits on the floor of her shower for the next 15 minutes and applauds herself for thinking about trying.

 

I normally work from home but when I get my 5 hours in here is what I do..(I break up the hours a lot too because of when my hits come in)
This week... Monday through Thrusday
5am-8am appen
8-915 take kiddo to school/or days I haven't this week make breakfast or watch tv
915-1015 mturk the good hits
1115-115 appen mixed in with mturk breaks
115-245 mturk/facebook/slack
245-6 kiddos appointments/time with hubby.
6-8 realize I havent made enough on mturk so I desperately do everything I can see...
Friday
845-1015 work on appen/take 15 breaks to mturk/
1015-1030 breakfast
1030-1145 appen
1145-1 mess around with facebook/watch tv/get ready to go out of town today/get sucked into Young and the Restless (which is rarely watched by me).
1-127..realize that I only have 1.5 hours of appen so I attempt to work but realize that Days of Our lives is getting good again so I get distracted by that...


I REALLY need to focus but my brain is already on weekend mode is guess..LOL

I accidentally submitted the name of another requester into the survey box code before. My copy and paste function didn't work, and I submitted before I noticed. lol

 

I once texted my boss back instead of Matt!

It could have been much worse but I told my boss, "I love your stupid face!"

I mean, it really could have been so much worse. Luckily, we worked at the same airport at the time so it was just super funny to him, BUT I STILL HAVE NIGHTMARES ABOUT THAT.

 

I was not happy when I lost my qual as I felt like I tried soo hard. But I've done fairly well since getting it back (though the accuracy ranges wildly, I still get a "good job!" )

So try again when the University funds him again and he posts another qual hit.

I've had this "Outdoor" yarn that I got cheap and it stares at me everytime I go to the bathroom.... trying to decide on Waffle Stitch or giant granny square.

 

I actually walked this week! Granted it was the doctors office and walmart but hey my steps said 1.5 -2 miles !

 

He gave me the qual, and a 10 cent bonus with it, just the other day, even though I supposedly failed.

I got a rejection for placing my ID instead of the code that I never saw at the end of the survey. So that myth of "No one ever get rejections for IDs" is busted.

 

Oh man, steps.

This will sound weird but mine have been sucking lately because I've been doing my stairmaster more vs. walking. And guess what doesn't count steps accurately? My garmin when I'm on a stairmaster unless I'm not holding on to the rail, and even then I have to move my wrist exaggeratedly to get it to count. It's not a normal "walking" motion, so even though I'm "stepping" it doesn't count unless I force it to count.

I'm trying to not be depressed by it because it's not like the workout doesn't *matter* and it's a 5x's better workout on that machine than walking! (The rain has made it hard for me to get out and walk as much as I normally do.) I pound myself on that stairmaster and am dripping sweat when I'm done, so it counts...just not according to my blasted step counter, lol.
