I have always been on edge about Empirical. I find the work VERY interesting since I love the case studies, but having had a few run-ins with rejections with them, it's a fine line between risk and reward. This hit though was completely outlandish and out of character for them. I dont know if it was a requester trying to ride the name of Empirical so they could get that kind of data using a trusted requester name or what, but that HIT was whack. I did a ToS survey last week that didnt even ask that much information and it was VERY intrusive.
