I know part of it is that he's an old man and senior cats don't groom as well anymore, and part of it is that he's a sickly feral ans just doesn't think grooming is needed/i think it hurts his mouth a bit. I'm glad we have him cause he certainly had a terrible life before this. Poor little toothless bastard. He's usually pretty smelly and dirty and drools, but he's our scraggly assed old man cat <3 Whenever we open the door, he runs the other way, so I think he's more than content to live out his life here with us and never go back to the scary outside!
