Hello

 

Close! Taco bake/taco pie. It's morphed over the years, tbh. It's layers of tortillas, cheese, meat, beans, and spanish rice. Matt added sour cream between layers this time, which worked out super well. We also added some chipotle ranch seasoning to our meats, nom nom. For whatever reason, I suck at layering it well and it's always a monstrosity, while Matt-bot's programming allows him to make these perfectly even layers. And I mean, it's perfectly distributed and whatever he does makes the bottom tortilla crisp up super nice. It's the one meal he makes me so he has it down pat.
