Plus, he can usually work a weekend day or extra hours and then take a Monday off or something without it counting as time off. It’s definitely a perk that has drawn a ton of engineers here and Matt loves it, cause he can take 3 and 4 day weekends to go camping and dirt biking and a bunch of them went on a random 3 day trip to Hawaii cause they got super cheap plane tickets and just decided to get up and leave that night. They all work super hard and get shit done and like their jobs, so it really benefits everyone involved for sure.
